Banana Date Bread
So, this bread was truly AMAZING! Probably one of the best banana breads we have ever had. Ever. And to know that it had zero refined sugar, only sweetened with bananas and dates, made it that much more delicious. Click here for the link to the 5 star recipe!
Only used 3 oz of dates and it was plenty sweet. Used Bob’s GF flour instead of spelt to make gluten free. Check after 1 hr in the oven. Used mostly coconut oil with a little bit of butter.
